Miley Cyrus just turned 18 last week, but she’s already being bugged by a phony photo scandal. Just when horny guys were rejoicing that they could finally get a legal look at Miley’s goodies, the alleged nude photo of the Disney star has turned out to be bogus.

A couple of days ago, blogger Zack Taylor posted a pic of girl resembling Miley nude except for a plaid shirt, open in front. Since the face was cropped out, it was impossible to positively ID the shot, but the shirt and bracelets in the photo were very similar to those Miley has been seen wearing. The story behind the shot was that it had been leaked from Miley’s stolen cell phone. Haven’t we heard that one before?

Rumors raged across the ‘net, pro and con, but today the original blogger has admitted the photo is a fake, and rather than the “Hannah Montana” actress, the nude cutie is 19-year old London girl who “goes around taking all sorts of photos telling guys she is a Miley look-a-like.” Zack Taylor may be hearing from Miley’s lawyers soon, since not only is the photo phony, it was taken before she turned 18.

So for now, the guys lusting after Miley will have to settle for real shots of her scantily clad, like this one in a short bathrobe. See the fake photo after the jump.
