I kept hearing over and over on the news “Lindsay Lohan will be charged with grand theft shoplifting on 02/09/11”, and I wonder, how did this whole ordeal begin and does Lindsay have a history of stealing?

I did some research and it appears the necklace went missing from a Venice jewelry store, and this store just so happens to be located near the residence of Lindsay Lohan.  Just wait, the evidence keeps building and it is not looking so good for Lohan.  The necklace went missing on 01/22/11 and three days later, a giant investigation began unfolding and lots of police and prosecutors got involved.  Security footage from the jewelry store shows Lindsay trying on the necklace, and she was the last person to try it on before it went missing (at this point she still could be considered innocent).  Then, as prosecutors were about to slap Lindsay with a search warrant, she had one of her personal assistants return the necklace to the police in the hopes that this ugly jewelry mess could all just go away, but obviously she had no such luck.  Fast-forward to present day and things are about to get nasty, and our favorite rehab sweetheart is about to plead “not guilty” at her arraignment.  Maybe this could genuinely be just one big misunderstanding, but I don’t think so because the jewelry people are not the only ones who were ripped-off by Lohan.
