Did Frankie Muniz, former child star of Malcolm in the Middle, put a gun to his head?  We don’t know for sure, but we do know Frankie Muniz and his seemingly crazy girlfriend Elycia Turnbow (also his publicist) got into one heated argument over “prior relationships” and both parties involved in the domestic dispute are telling some very different stories, but here are the facts from the police report and the 911 call.

In the police report Elycia Turnbow alleges that Frankie Muniz “punched her in the back of the head” and the report also claims Muniz held a gun to his head “possibly with the intent of committing suicide”.  This report also mentions Elycia Turnbow “showed signs and symptoms of drinking alcohol”.  Frankie Muniz’s people are quickly denying the actor was suicidal, and a representative for Muniz says “He was not suicidal [and] a gun played no part in the argument and was voluntarily given to the police for safekeeping”.

So if Muniz was suicidal, why would he have made the 911 call?  Evidence shows it was Muniz who called the police last Friday at 10 p.m. while the couple was in the Phoenix area, and in his call he stated his girlfriend was “throwing things and hitting him”.
