Eva Longoria knows a thing or two about fine cuisine, since she’s been co-owner of Hollywood’s Beso restaurant for the last three years, and even makes her own guacamole for the eatery. Eva has put her expertise into her new cook book “Eva’s Kitchen,” which goes on sale today.

Eva got a big endorsement from pal Victoria “Posh Spice” Beckham, who posted on her Twitter: “I can’t cook, but my friend can! Now even I can learn! Xvb”

Eva calls her cook book “very accessible for people like me who love to cook but who maybe don’t have the background to do that professional-caliber dishes. This is a dash of this, a pinch of that.”

Eva does have some experience cooking, and is very good at it. “I cooked a lot when I was married, she revealed.” And now my girlfriends are always waiting for me to get home, (asking), ‘What’s for dinner, what’s for dinner?’” How does Eva sum up “Eva’s Kitchen?” “It’s a memoir of my life through food.” Sounds yummy!
