Who could be hotter than this juicy peach, who’s not just beautiful but amazingly talented? That combination is likely what turned the head of Oscar-winner Sean Penn, who’s been Scarlett’s main man for the last month or two. Rumor has it that the actress has already moved into Penn’s Malibu mansion, which is no doubt a step up from the West Hollywood hotel where she was living after her split from Ryan Reynolds.
