While the Hollywood stereotype has always been that an aspiring actress gets “discovered” and is put on the road to instant stardom, the truth is less glamorous. A fledgling thespian that moves to SoCal in search of fame is likely to spend years plugging away at dreary waitress jobs before landing her first role—which is in a wretchedly bad film. Jessica Lowndes is currently enjoying the limelight as one of the stars of the series “90210,” but she made her acting debut back in 2005 in a forgettable TV movie called “Saving Milly.” Next came a pair of horror flicks, “Autopsy” and “The Haunting of Molly Hartley.” Never heard of them? Neither have we. But the experience must have helped, since Jessica is gracing the cover of July’s FHM UK, and looking totally hot!
