Over the last few months, Paz de la Huerta has made headlines for her out-of-control antics, including being so inebriated after the Golden Globe Awards that she fell out of her gown and into the gutter. Things just got worse for the “Boardwalk Empire” actress in April, as she got into a nightclub catfight with reality star Samantha Swetra that led to her being sentenced to 12 weeks of alcohol counseling this week.
