I have trouble telling one of those procedural TV shows from another. You know, the ones that start with a gross looking dead body, and then the cops, docs, district attorneys, etc., spend the rest of the hour figuring out how it got that way. For the last couple of seasons, Daniela Ruah has played special agent Kensi Blye on the CBS series “NCIS: Los Angeles,” and the Portuguese-American actress is definitely very special!
