The troublemaking starlet just can’t stay out of the slammer!

This one came about as much by surprise as the Kim Kardashian divorce—everybody knew it was coming, but we didn’t know exactly when. Lindsay Lohan will soon have another mug shot to add to her already extensive collection, since a judge has sentenced her to serve 30 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation. This latest go-back-to-jail debacle is due to Lindsay’s distaste for getting her Louboutins dirty by wading through puddles of urine on skid row to do her mandated community service at L.A.’s Downtown Women’s Center. Besides blowing off this duty, the actress also missed her psychotherapy classes. A sane person would have figured out that it’s easier to do the community service and get it over with, but this is Lindsay Lohan we’re talking about, and she’s been making the worst decisions possible about her life since her first DUI bust back in 2007.

Linds has to report to the women’s jail on November 8, and given the overcrowded conditions in L.A.’s correctional facilities, should be in-and-out within a few hours. Even if she’s out in a few minutes, Lindsay still has to complete 53 days of court-ordered community service and 18 psychotherapy sessions. How likely is she to actually complete these tasks? About as likely as her winning an Oscar next year without making a movie. If she screws up again, Lindsay faces an additional 270 days in jail. Of course, she probably won’t serve those, either.
