A few months ago, former Disney tween queen Miley Cyrus was one of the celebrities photographed for Darren Tieste’s “The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer,” and she showed a bit of cleavage in this glamour shot. At an awards show Sunday, the 19-year-old hottie flashed even more impressive boobage that set tongues wagging that the “Hannah Montana” star had gone under the knife. The singer took to her Twitter to deny the rumors: “Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!” Only her surgeon (if she has one) knows for sure, but Miley could have gotten similar results with a padded pushup bra.
