Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz Battle for Custody of Baby Bronx

The upcoming divorce of rocker Pete Wentz and pop star/actress Ashlee Simpson is heating up, and looks like it could get dirty. The couple split last month, with Ashlee filing for divorce and asked for primary physical custody of their two-year-old son, Bronx. On Tuesday, Pete filed papers requesting joint physical and legal custody of the boy. Ashlee also asked the court to send Pete the bill for both sides, but he wants each of them to pay their own legal fees. This breakup seemed fairly amicable when it was announced, but these things have a way of turning ugly when children and money are involved.

Back when Ashlee Simpson married rocker Pete Wentz back in 2008, a lot of people thought it wouldn’t last. They were right, because the singer/actress sister of Jessica Simpson has filed for divorce in L.A. Superior Court citing the usual “irreconcilable differences.” The couple issued this familiar-sounding press release: “After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce. “We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives.” Like that’s going to happen, since the tabloids are already digging for the dirt on why these two split. So far, no third parties have turned up, but it’s still early. There are reports Ash was tired of Pete’s “erratic” behavior, but what did she expect when she married a rock star? As friendly as their joint statement sounds, this divorce could turn nasty since the pair wed minus a prenup. Ashlee has already hired notorious Hollywood divorce attorney Laura Wasser and is requesting joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the couple’s two-year-old son Bronx, as well as spousal and child support. Since Ashlee’s career has gone nowhere since the marriage, the money they’ll be fighting over will be Pete’s. See more photos of Ashlee after the jump.

Ashlee Simpson is Out

  Ashlee Simpson recently got let go from her role on “Melrose Place.” After only 2 months in. Ouch. And of course sister Jessica Simpson is already talking about how weak the script was and that the show only hired Ashlee to generate some buzz for the show. Ok, let’s say that’s true. So then maybe Ashlee’s addition to the cast created so much buzz that the show is highly successful and that they no longer need Ashlee Simpson anymore? Yeah, right. From what I have heard, she was lame. So now it’s official, neither Jessica Simpson or Ashlee Simpson can act.

Ashlee turns 25

Ashlee Simpson Wentz celebrated her 25h birthday over the weekend with sister Jessica Simpson and her punk husband, Pete Wentz. Okay, here is the story as far as I can tell. Jessica Simpson looks fine, but younger sister Ashlee is looking really good to me for some reason. Maybe it’s the fact that she’s the younger sister, or maybe it’s  because she’s a bit taller, has toned legs, and a taunt little butt. I can’t stand Pete Wentz, but I am a little jealous that he gets to put his hands on Ashlee Simpson’s back side. What has the world come to?

  Ashlee Simpson, Ashlee Wentz, or whatever it is she’s going by now days was dead to me until I saw these latest photos of the one time singer. Ash looked pretty good in this red and white tiger patterned dress while attending the ”Melrose Place” launch party in Los Angeles. Ashlee Simpson definitely improved her look when she got that nose job, but she lost all of my newfound hope when she married that putz, Pete Wentz. I wouldn’t give Ashlee the time of day, but she does kind of remind me of a good looking candy cane. Candy canes are made of sugar.

Jessica Simpson and sister Ashlee Wentz were spotted leaving Katsuya in Hollywood over the weekend and it looks like at least one of these celebrity sisters had a little too much to drink. Any guess on which Simpson sister would turn to drinking at this point in her life? Here’s a tip:  She’s the one that looks tipsy, is having a bad year, and she also has blond hair. Yep, it appears Jessica Simpson and Ashlee shared a little girl time and some alcoholic beverages, but hopefully everything will be ironed out pretty soon. Jessica will find a rich, high-profile, and normal celebrity guy that will love her for the woman that she is someday. The crowd mobbed the pair as they tried to enter their car and Jess showed that Ashlee is not the only one in the family with great legs!

For some reason I don’t remember Ashlee Simpson looking like this before she got married and had a kid. I remember the singer and actress being hotter. I guess the whole situation just really made me no longer feel that way towards Ashlee. That’s really a sad thing because I would’ve totally hooked up with her for a free go around. Ashlee Simpson Had a Baby… Finally

  Ashlee Simpson and husband Pete Wentz finally had their baby last night.  I say they but we all know that he just stood their crying and freakin’ out over what was going on.  He probably passed out as well!  After like 5 days of labor and trampoline jumping, Ashlee Simpson gave birth to her son, Bronx Mowgli Wentz, who was 7 lbs. 11 oz. and 20.5 inches long.  Looking at his parents, Bronx will be one super hot male model for sure.  Bronx will fit in with all the other stupidly named Hollywood stars’ kids in getting beat up at the playground.  At least they were thoughtful and went with the initials BMW.  He’ll be the envy of all his peers!  Congrats!

Well how about this news!  Ashlee Simpson is pregnant!  I can’t say I am really surprised after the announcement last week her and Pete Wentz were engaged. Us Magazine reports: The singer, 23, is expecting her first child with fiancé Pete Wentz, 28. Simpson and the Fall Out Boy bassist announced their engagement Wednesday. “We are thrilled to confirm their engagement and congratulate this happy couple,” a spokesperson for the couple told Us. “Beyond that there is nothing to say.” Simpson’s rep had no comment. Well isn’t this great news?!  I thought no one would ever want Ashlee Simpson.  I guess it is lucky for her she had all that plastic surgery after-all.
