There’s been rumors about the marriage breaking up, but if I was her loser, err husband, I wouldn’t let her go with pics like these. The famous pop singer Avril Lavigne and her husband Deryck Whibley of Sum 41 have purchased a $9.5-million mansion in L.A. Must be nice for such a simple skater girl. What a sell out! The husband and wife of 9 months have bought a magnificent Tuscan-style home in Bel-Air with three stories, eight bedrooms, and 10-1/2 bathrooms. Dang, that’s a lot of shitters! The new mansion also has an elevator, sauna and garage space for 10 cars. When’s the party?
