Britney Spears left the live-in Promises Malibu Treatment Center facility today, not even 24 hours after checking in! I wish I could say I’m surprised. This is the second time in a week that Spears has check-out of rehab. Come to think of it, I think she has just plain checked-out…elevator not making it to the top floor if you know what I mean. The only promises she knows are broken ones.
