She visited the salon of celebrity stylist Ted Gibson and emerged with a sophisticated shoulder length bob! This was quite a change from Brooklyn’s former long locks. That’s why tennis pro Andy Roddick was upset to find out that his Twitter account had been hacked while he was on the road. Fortunately, his faithful wifey Brooklyn Decker stepped in to fix the situation with this tweet: “Uhhh yeah… So… Ignore @andyroddick’s seemingly insane tweets. He has been hacked. People are lame sometimes. @andyroddick is traveling so I’ll change the password as soon as I get to a computer. Thanks for the heads up all!” She’s helpful and she looks sensational in a swimsuit! Can Brooklyn Decker Make the Switch from Modeling to Acting?

2010 SI cover girl Brooklyn Decker is currently being seen on the screen in the hit comedy “Just Go With It,” but that doesn’t mean she can automatically make the transition from supermodel to actress. While some former models like Cameron Diaz have forged successful acting careers, many others like Cindy Crawford and Christie Brinkley, stalled after a couple of roles. Veteran casting director Fern Champion thinks Brooklyn has what it takes to make the jump. “A woman that can be beautiful and funny — there ain’t a lot of them. Very similar to what I saw in Cameron, Brooklyn has got a great attitude. She can talk, she’s funny, she’s humble, she’s got a great sense of humor. Women fell in love with Cameron, and men were totally involved. When you look at Brooklyn, same thing — I like her as a broad! While Brooklyn Decker failed to follow up her last year’s triumph as cover model of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, she’s found other fields to conquer. With her starring debut in “Just Go With It” topping the box office last weekend, the bodacious blonde has turned her sights to an acting career. Brooklyn revealed to PopEater that her modeling days may be over. “I think so, I think so,” she replied when asked if she was ready to give up posing for layouts like this one. While we regret seeing Brooklyn leave the world of modeling, we can look forward to seeing more of her on the silver screen! I admit I’m disappointed that Brooklyn Decker lost out to Irina Shayk for the cover of the new SI Swimsuit issue. Sure, Irina’s gorgeous and sexy as they come, but there’s just something so all-American and wholesome about Brooklyn. She’s like the girl-next-door, but with a killer bod! Brooklyn has her first starring role in a feature film in “Just Go With It,” which topped the box office last weekend. This bodes well for her future as a film star. We’d better enjoy these shots of Brooklyn from SI, because by this time next year, she may be such a huge movie star that she has no time left for modeling! These 17 models will all be featured in the 2011 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue—but only one of them will get the coveted cover slot! The girls are Brooklyn Decker, Alyssa Miller, Hilary Rhoda, Julie Henderson, Cintia Dicker, Kenza Fourati, Damaris Lewis, Jessica White, Jessica Gomes, Izabel Goulart, Esti Ginzburg, Irina Shayk, Shannan Click, Anne Vyalitsina, Chrissy Teigen, Kate Upton and Genevieve Morton. The winner will be announced on Monday night’s David Letterman show, when a giant billboard of the SI cover will be unveiled in Times Square.
