The singer doesn’t reveal anything earth-shattering in her interview with the magazine, but she does have a good quote, that can also be seen in the fifth photo down there, when asked about success:
“Success? That if, at the end of the day, you’re happy with your life. It’s not measured in dollars or accomplishments.”
It’s so true.

Singer Carrie Underwood’s Some Hearts has sold more copies than any other debut album in American Idol history (over 6 million to be exact). In addition to being a Grammy award winner, Carrie has also won PETA’s annual title of World’s Sexiest Female Vegetarian:
Results were released Tuesday by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals. Underwood, 24, a Grammy-winning country singer, won the title in 2005. Eubanks, 49, leader of NBC’s “Tonight Show” band, is a newcomer to the winner’s circle.”

Carrie, of course, brought the goods and both looked and sounded great! “Idol” didn’t release any pictures regarding the fund-rasing special, so I posted this great picture of Carrie during her performance at the American Music Awards.

The country music stars were out on Monday night for the CMT awards in Nashville. Of course, Carrie Underwood. was in attendance and scored three, count ‘em, three awards for her getting-even girlfriend song, “Before He Cheats.” Carrie looked great, as usual, and you just got to love this All-American hottie!

In that vain, all bets are on that Carrie Underwood will take home the Best New Artist Grammy on February 11, 2007. Thanks to her overwhelming popularity on American Idol last season and her phenomenal rise in the Billboard Charts with her debut album Some Hearts, she appears to be the favored winner.
