Well, it was about time for another celebrity to head off to jail. This time it’s none other than C-lister Khloe Kardashian. Khloe’s sister, Kim Kardashian, shared on her blog that Khloe would be sentenced to 30 days in jail for a DUI she received last year.

That’s some damn good advice, huh? Don’t drink and drive, wow I haven’t heard that one for years upon years! I wonder if Khloe will actually serve the whole 30 day sentence?
Mischa Barton Arrested For Suspicion Of DUI
Twenty-one year-old Mischa Barton has been arrested on suspicion of DUI, possession of illegal narcotics, and driving without a valid license. Mischa is still in custody with bail set at $10,000.
A $10,000 bail, what the hell is $10k to these Hollywood celebrities? Not a damn thing! Do you actually think this is going to prevent her or any other celeb from screwing up again? HELL NO!

Kiefer Sutherland on His DUI, Jail Term
Kiefer Sutherland released a statement in regards to his recent DUI arrest, for which he will have to serve a total of 30 days in county jail. Kiefer stated:
“I’m very disappointed in myself for the poor judgment I exhibited recently, and I’m deeply sorry for the disappointment and distress this has caused my family, friends and co-workers on ‘24′ and at 20th Century Fox. I appreciate the support and concern that has been extended to me these last weeks both personally and professionally.”
Kiefer Sutherland will be sentenced December 21, just in time for Christmas.
Jessica Smith Gets DUI, too!
Jessica Smith, a former Laguna Beach castmember, has been arrested for investigation of felony driving under the influence of alcohol following a late-night freeway crash Monday. The 19-year-old crashed into another car, the driver of which sustained minor injuries. A passenger traveling with Smith also suffered minor injuries. The actress, who has remained in custody in lieu of $100,000 bail, is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday. I guess she figured if Vivica Fox could get a DUI, so could she!
