Los Angeles weather-woman Jackie Johnsonis turning heads even moreso than usual with her new video. The KCAL weather babe has been taped by our friends over at TMZ and the clip involves her, her friend, and an encounter with Joe Francis – the man behind “Girls Gone Wild.” 

The video features Joe giving Jackie a friendly wave and then he walks towards her SUV, but her pal screams, “Oh no! Jackie get in the car!” Any “normal” female would do the same when approached by him. Joe then tries to turn on the charm and woe Jackie, but the convict fails and that’s that. So it seems Joe is on the prowl again… weather” girls like him or not!

Joe Francis, Girls Gone Wild founder, is finally a free man.  Francis served less than a year in prison on child abuse and prostitution charges for incidents that ocurred in 2003.  The bad news for Joe is that he just got out and he’s already going back to court for Federal tax evasion charges. That’s wild, huh?  From TMZ:

[Francis] will be on six months’ “non-reporting” probation, and “Girls Gone Wild” can’t film in the area for three years. Bay County, we’re told, will return Joe’s brand new Ferrari, and $60,000 that they confiscated from him last year.

Joe Francis, the founder of Girls Gone Wild, was arrested in Florida, informs People magazine. Joe Francis, 34, was arrested Tuesday morning at the Panama City airport on a warrant seeking his arrest for criminal contempt of court. Joe is currently being held at the Bay County jail.

A judge ordered Francis’s arrest last week after Francis reportedly changed the terms of a settlement deal stemming from a 2003 lawsuit. In that suit, seven women accused him of victimizing them by filming them in sexual situations while they were on spring break in Panama City. Looks like it’s lawyer time again.

Joe, you have got to get the signed waiver, man!
