Katie Holmes seemed to have settled into mommy mode these last few years, after marrying Tom Cruise and having little Suri. But she certainly turned up the movie star glamour for this spread in the February issue of Elle! Katie’s getting her career back on track, too, playing Jackie Kennedy in an upcoming miniseries for the History Channel. See more of Katie after the jump.

Katie Holmes is Decent

I didn’t know if Katie Holmes was still alive or locked away in some alien complex somewhere. Actually, Katie was allowed to go out and attend the 30th anniversary of the Independent Filmmaker’s Project. I’m not one to usually say it, but the actress actually looks decent. Too bad she has disappointed me greatly in every movie I’ve seen her in. I’m glad that Katie Holmes loves her husband, and hopefully they’ll have many years of making alien spawn!

Katie Holmes Clothing Line Coming Soon

  Katie Holmes is going to launch her own line of clothing, just like every other celebrity. I’m sure her signiture designs will look just like everyone else’s signiture designs. How many different lines of clothes do we really need? I wear the same pair of jeans all week — and stand them in the corner when I go to bed! Katie is collaborating with Armani to release a collection called “Katie Holmes for Armani.” The clothing line will include duds for toddlers, children and women. In addition, she will also design a line of handbags. The collections will be released in Saks Fifth Avenue and Barneys New York in spring 2009. I’m sure her clothing line, like her man Tom Cruise, will simply be pure heaven. I. can’t. wait. In unrelated news, NewsToob will be releasing it’s own clothing line. Katie Holmes Could Be Pregnant

I swear it must be in the damn water or something. Now sources are saying that the next pregnant celebrity is none other than Katie Holmes. An eyewitness tells OK! Magazine: “She has that special glow that only pregnant women have. I would say there is a strong possibility that she’s pregnant.” If the rumors are true, let’s just hope the baby doesn’t come out looking like this!

We all know Tom Cruise is pretty much nuts and I have to think that Katie Holmes is pyscho by default, simply because she is shackled and chained to Tommy boy. I hate to be glib, but the above photo of a “gender merge” of Tom and Katie Holmes is disturbing on many levels. Many, many levels.

  Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes were apparently so impressed with the photos of David and Victoria Beckham in W magazine that they’ve decided they may want to do a similar spread. And this is not a rumor! Tom, are you sure being nude in a magazine with your wife is acceptable under the beliefs of Scientology? A friend of Tom’s stated: “They have already started planning some of the photos. One suggestion they were keen on was a shot of them posing together in the shower, dripping wet and covered by nothing but steam.”

Beckhams Welcomed by Hollywood

  After David Beckham played all of 13 minutes with the L.A. Galaxy, lost, and collected his $1M in pay, Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Will and Jada Pinkett Smith hosted a grand welcome party for David and Victoria Beckham Sunday night. The party place, the Museum of Contemporary Art’s Geffen Contemporary in L.A. And of course, Hollywood elite showed up for the event.

Katie Holmes, Justin Timberlake, Carrie Underwood and Dannielynn, are among OK! magazine’s list of “most influential” celebrities. The list of 19 famous faces, which appears in the magazine’s latest issue, on newsstands Friday, was separated by editors into six categories: beauty queens, style setters, entertainers, newsmakers, survivors and body shapers.
