I think Britney Spears, Katy Perry, and others really need to pay attention to this outfit the singer is flaunting. Lily teases us with the opportunity to expose her breasts in this revealing blue outfit at her latest concert. This sexually talented singer does not necessarily surprise me, considering all of the topless photos of her floating around the internet. Still, if someone else (read: Katy Perry) did this exact same thing, I would be all over it. Thank you, Lily Allen, for hopefully starting a concert trend!

Lily Allen is returning to work after suffering a miscarriage last week, Us Weekly reports. The British bandster will begin shooting her upcoming TV show, “Lily Allen and Friends,” today. “She has insisted on coming back to work,” a BBC insider told Us. “Obviously it’s tough for her right now, but she is a professional and sees going back to work as a way to focus on something else.”

Lily was four months along with her first child with boyfriend Ed Simons when she had the miscarriage.
