Lindsay Lohan is not only “wise,” she’s making plans for life after rehab. Lindsay checked out of the Cirque Lodge drug and alcohol treatment center in Utah on Friday. After reaching a plea deal on misdemeanor drunken driving and cocaine charges following two arrests, she entered the facility in August. Lindsay had this to say during an interview:

“It was a sobering experience,” Lohan says in an interview with OK! magazine. “It was humbling. It made me look at myself, and all of the people, places and things in my life in a different way. I was in there for substance abuse, after all.”

Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael, will spend five days with the rehabing-starlet at a remote lodge in the Utah mountains as part of her recovery, People reports. The two saw each other for the first time in three and a half years when Michael visited Lindsay at the Cirque Lodge rehab center back in early September.

“It can only help her recovery,” Lindsay’s mother, Dina, told People in an e-mail concerning the visit. “It’s time to mend. He is visiting Lindsay alone because we are giving her dad a chance to make amends.”
