Mariah Carey already shocked everyone this year with her whirlwind engagement and marriage to Nick Cannon, so these photos of the super-celeb from Elle are not really going to do that to you. However, Mariah looks great as usual in these color and black and white photos and the staff at Elle even managed to work Nick into one of the photos.

And whether you like Mariah Careyor not, the issue features information on Mariah’s “new body, new record, and hot new man.” Say what? OK, I’m not sure how these two ever got together, but I do wish them the best. Mariah must love Nick’s humor and he quite possibly may be living up his last name… Cannon. I’ll let the ladies ponder that one.

Here is a sneak-peek of Mariah Carey on the set of her latest video. I don’t know the name of the song/video yet, but I do know that Mariah is in a bikini, high heels, and enjoying a glass of champagne. Yeah, that’s cool if you’re into that.

I do kind of feel sorry for the pale, chubby girl in the photo. Sure, she gets the thankless job of waiting on Mariah Carey, but you know she’s constantly comparing Mariah’s well-toned body to hers. I mean, I would be…   

Mariah Carey made the photo call for Operation Smile recently and showed up in the black dress. She may be helping to save lives, but she’s gonna look damn nice in the process. Hey, this is the modern world so you don’t have to necessarily look humble to lend a helping hand. And I think Mariah Carey should be commended for doing more than her part! 

Mariah looks happy, so I guess the whole marriage thing is really working out.

Mariah Carey is Topless on the Beach!

Mariah Carey may be a world-class singer that was recently married, but she’s also highlighted within the pages and on the cover of Vibemagazine. And the folks at Vibe hit the beach with Mariah in high heels — and they dub her “the sexiest singer alive.”

Now, I’m not sure if she’s worthy of that title or not, but there are probably some other ladies out there that could give Mariah a run for her money. I’m not gonna throw any specific names out there, but do I hear any nominees for the sexiest female singer alive?

There is more Mariah Carey news coming down the pipe regarding her shocker-of-the-year marriage to Nick Cannon. As it turns out, Nick is quite the player! In my opinion, not only did he marry above his social status to a singing diva, but he got his sugar-mama to foot the bill for her own engagement ring!

And yes, you read that right. Mariah Carey paid a whopping $2 million for her own engagement ring! So, it looks like when this marriage turns south, Nick Cannon is going to walk away free and clear. And no, I’m not the only one questioning the duration of the Carey-Cannon celebrity marriage.

The guys in Las Vegas have the over-under on the marriage at 12-months. So, you may want to place your bet now, but the one year time frame seems to be the critical point. Either way, many guys out there probably think Nick Cannon is the bomb right now — and probably want to sign up for lessons.

He landed a multi-millionaire singer who just happens to be Mariah Carey. He got her to pay for the $2 million engagement ring. And, he made sure that he didn’t have to sign a prenuptial agreement — or did he?
