We reported back in August how Nick Bollea had wrecked his car and critically injured his passenger by street racing.  Well it looks as if all this has finally caught up to Nick as he turned himself in today to the Clearwater Police.  Nick is facing charges of:

• Use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony
• A person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher
• Illegal window tint

Police also confirmed the other driver Nick was racing is being served a summons to appear in court for reckless driving.  Keep checking back for more updates on Speed Racer.
