Take that, Kim Kardashian! Your ex BFF Paris Hilton is trash talking you behind your back! The heiress was in Mexico shilling for her shoe line when asked by the press whether she feared losing the limelight to other reality stars. Hilton told the Associated Press: “There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do but I am the original. There is nothing like me.”

Paris Hilton’s New Guy Turns Her Into a Gym Rat

It’s hard to imagine Paris Hilton ever breaking a sweat, much less working hard at anything, but sources claim her latest BF has the heiress obsessed with working out. The former reality star hasn’t been in the news much lately, unless you count those drug arrests, so maybe it’s time for the faded “it girl” to reinvent herself. Paris’ romance with fitness buff and nightclub owner Cy Waits may be inspiring her to do just that. The source claims: “She has given up her lazy girl ways and is finally in a routine that has her hitting the gym five days a week. It’s all down to Cy. He spends two hours in the gym every day. He loves lifting weights, and it’s really rubbed off on Paris. Now they work out together.” Cy has even changed Paris’diet. “She’s never been a big eater. But now, she finishes a hard workout and she’s starving. So, she’s burning more calories, but she’s eating more, too! Cy does all the cooking and he’s super-healthy.” This sounds like quite a switch for the hard-partying Paris, who used to sleep all day and go clubbing all night! Paris Settles with Hallmark Over Greeting Card

Her friends won’t have to worry about what kind of Christmas cards they send Paris Hilton this year, since the reality star has settled her suit against Hallmark. Paris took offense at a card making a run of her famous phrase “That’s Hot.” Both sides have been battling it out since the card came out in 2007, and a trial was scheduled for December. Although details of the settlement are sealed, the result is considered to be very favorable to Paris. Given her recent legal problems, maybe Paris should have instead sued over the card following this post.

Paris Kicked Out of Japan

Maybe Paris Hilton should give up her jet-setting ways and just stay home in L.A. The hard-partying heiress is back in the good ol’ USA after getting an unceremonious heave-ho by the nation of Japan. When Paris arrived at the Tokyo airport on Tuesday, she was immediately detained and held for several hours due to having copped a plea in her Las Vegas arrest for cocaine possession. Japan has very strict drug and immigration laws, so instead of attending a scheduled press conference to promote her fragrance and clothing lines, Paris was put on a plane and sent home. Of course, this being Paris Hilton, it was a private plane. Paris’s PR person Dawn Miller, issued this statement: “Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia. Paris understands and respects the rules and laws of the immigration authorities in Japan and fully wishes to cooperate with them.” Paris also tweeted this message: “Going home now. So disappointed to miss my fans in Asia. I promise to come back soon. I love you all! Love Paris xoxo.” Maybe the Japanese authorities will look more kindly on Paris if she can complete her probation without getting arrested again.

Paris Cuts a Plea Deal

Either she’s smarter than Lindsay Lohan, or she has better lawyers, because Paris Hilton has managed to duck a year in the Clark County jail by cutting a plea deal. The heiress/reality star, who was busted last month in Vegas after the cops stopped her car and found cocaine in her purse, has agreed to plea guilty to for drug possession and obstructing an officer. According to a report from the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Paris will serve a year of probation, complete a drug abuse program and 200 hours of community service, plus pay a $2,000 fine. The worst penalty of the hard-partying Paris may be having the welcome mat pulled out from under her by the Las Vegas clubs and hotels. While she may be allowed back inside their doors, the formerly in-demand Paris isn’t likely to land any more of those lucrative nightclub hosting jobs that provided a nice chunk of her income.

Paris is Banned in Vegas

It wasn’t that long ago that Paris Hilton was raking in major loot just for showing up at parties in Las Vegas. Now she can’t even get into a pair of the biggest hotels. In the wake of her weekend cocaine bust, the heiress was banned Wednesday from two Wynn resorts on the Vegas Strip, Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Even worse, Paris’ BF Cy Waits was fired from his gigs as top managing partner at Wynn’s Tryst Nightclub and Encore’s XS The Nightclub. Maybe Paris ought to be more careful where her employability in concerned, since she isn’t the “it” girl she used to be.

Will Paris Skate on Drug Charge Due to Illegal Search?

Paris Hilton has a pretty good record of getting free from legal problems, and her arrest for cocaine may be even easier to walk away from than the others. While the heiress did do three weeks in the slammer for her 2006 DUI bust, she got out of another charge of marijuana possession by claiming the weed belonged to a friend. Now her Vegas coke bust could wind up getting dismissed due to an improper search—and some high-priced legal help. It seems the Las Vegas cops who arrested Paris this weekend didn’t do it immediately after smelling marijuana wafting from her vehicle. Instead they took her to the security office of the Wynn Las Vegas hotel, where they found the drugs in her bag and arrested her. The Wynn office is equipped with security cameras that caught the whole thing on tape. This could work in Paris’ favor, as a source told RadarOnline, “the search of Paris and arrest was all captured on tape, which could help her tremendously. Her lawyer David Chesnoff is going to claim it was an illegal search, in part because she was taken away from the scene to this other location. Chesnoff will also be able to take apart every single thing that happened during the search and arrest because he’ll have the video to work off of. “Furthermore, Paris repeatedly said while she was being detained that the purse wasn’t hers. Chesnoff is going to get the tape and use it to bolster his contention that the search was illegal.” Now we know why Paris isn’t too upset over the bust!

Nothing Stops Paris’s Vacation

Even the threat of a dope bust can’t keep Paris Hilton from enjoying a European holiday! The heiress-turned-reality star was detained at a private airport on Corsica after authorities on the French Island found a small amount of pot in her bag. Paris was released a short time later, and sent this Tweet: “So sick of people making up rumors about me. The latest one about me is completely false too. Don’t believe what you read. Silly nonsense.” A few hours later, she added this photo with the message: “I Love Summer Time!” Paris intends to keep the party going, no matter what!

It seems everyone is trying to save a little money this year and the Hotel Heiress was not an exception. Of course, she’s not shopping at the most inexpensive place, but is this considered a step down by Paris Hilton? I doubt it. She probably heard the cameras were in the area and wanted a little press. Now that’s the Paris Hilton I know!

Paris Invades Bora Bora

Paris Hilton and her braided hair have entered the island of Bora Bora. The warrior princess was dressed in typical fighting gear, a sparkly headband and a string bikini. Only a few photos of the invasion were captured before the local paparazzo was apparently “handled.” It is unknown what Paris Hilton wants with the island, although it is suspected that she is looking to build a new Hilton hotel over important wildlife habitat and rename the island “Whora Whora.” Local men should be on the look out for this predator after dark.
