NewsToob has learned that the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is taking a real close look at Pierce Brosnan for allegedly battering a man in Malibu. From what we can tell, the alleged incident occurred last Friday in Malibu where Pierce supposedly commited battery on photographer Robert Rosen. According to the photographer, right before Pierce punched him in the ribs, Pierce said:

Why don’t you fu*k off, mate.
