Victoria Beckham is Still a Quitter

While her husband’s fans faint, Victoria Beckham continues to vow she has quit the music business for good. Victoria and the rest of the “Spice Girls” recently kicked off their reunion tour, but then cut it short.
Our insiders claim the 5 member band can’t get along so they have decided to ditch their tour. Victoria is said to have vowed never to perform again after saying her place is in the fashion business. She’s made bad decisions before, so we will see…
George Clooney and Geri “Ginger Spice” Halliwell?
The “Spice Girls” are attempting to hook her up with actor George Clooney with their one and only Geri Halliwell known to band fans as “Ginger Spice.” Not that long ago, George commented that Geri is his favorite member of the girl band.
Geri’s band mates, Melanie Brown, Victoria Beckham, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton, recently were on “Good Morning America” and even tried to convince George to dump his girlfriend, Sarah Larson, and go out with Halliwell.
“She is single – take her out,” said Mel B.
“He should invite her out to dinner,” Victoria added.
Spice Girls Go to Victoria’s Secret

The Spice Girls have located the perfect fit for their new album… right between the bras and panties. In the latest example of main-stream artists using nontraditional means to sell their music, the reunited girls have teamed with Victoria’s Secret to sell its upcoming greatest-hits CD exclusively through the lingerie chain’s stores and on its Website.
All About the Spice Girls
The Spice Girls were the first major British pop music phenomenon of the mid-’90s to not have a debt to independent pop/rock. Instead, the all-female quintet derived from the dance-pop tradition that made Take That the most popular British group of the early ’90s, but there was one crucial difference. Spice Girls use dance-pop as a musical base, but they infused the music with a fiercely independent, feminist stance that was equal parts Madonna, post-riot grrrl alternative rock feminism, and a co-opting of the good-times-all-the-time stance of England’s new lad culture.
Their proud, all-girl image and catchy dance-pop appealed to younger listeners, while their colorful, sexy personalities and sense of humor appealed to older music fans, making Spice Girls a cross-generational success. The group also became chart-toppers throughout Europe in 1996, before concentrating in America in early 1997.
