Damn, this has to be the most clothes I’ve seen Jessica Simpson wear in quite some time.  You’d think with the singer/actress being on the television show The View she would have at least wear something more modern. But then again, the show does target an older demographic.

Now I’m going to have to settle for looking at these Brooke Hogan pictures from Maxim – and that really depresses me! Damn you, Jessica Simpson!

Britney Spears was recently detained for mental evaluationafter her bizarre standoff with police. The songstress was thought to have a multiple personality disorder, as she often begins talking with different accents and we are all familiar with her storied, recent past. Well, Babs has the latest news.

ApparentlyBarbara Walters received a call from Britney Spears’ manager and her “very good friend” Sam Lufti. Barbara said Sam told her that Britney has been to a psychiatrist and is now receiving treatment for “mental issues which are treatable.”

That’s really good to know. No one should have to suffer through mental issues, celebrity or not. Plus, I feel good that she’s receiving treatment on issues that are treatable versus receiving treatment for issues that are not. That would be a waste of time and earn her a permanent trip to the funny farm.

Babs also added that Britney is having “mood swings” and has trouble sleeping. And at this point, I think that’s safe to assume.

Rosie O’Donnell Finally Leaves The View

Rosie O’Donnell Leaves The View 

Rosie O’Donnell says she is not returning to “The View.” This comes after an on-air exchange with Elisabeth Hasselbeck last week that was heated, even by their standards. Rosie is such a jackass! And I think she finally realized it…well, maybe not. Brian Frons, president of ABC Daytime, had this to say:

“We had hoped that Rosie would be with us until the end of her contract three weeks from now, but Rosie has informed us that she would like an early leave. Therefore, we part ways, thank her for her tremendous contribution to The View and wish her well.”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, one of the co-host on "The View" has announced that she (who happens to be married to the NFL's Tim Hasselbeck) is preganant again. Elisabeth announced the news yesterday on th talk show, which by the way I will like soon. Not that I watch "The View," just because I know last week loud-mouth Rosie O'Donnell announced she was leaving in early summer because of a contract dispute And as far as I can tell that makes "the view" that much better. Smooth move, ABC!
