It must be hard being a celebrity. Tricia Helfer is in Monte Carlo to attend a festival and do photocalls for “Battlestar Galactica” and stuff. I mean, that’s a hard life. Go to exotic places and get your picture taken. But that’s not what this is about. I have decided that Tricia actually looks hot in pictures, so she must be beautiful in real life. I’ve been on the fence for the past couple of hours trying to decide (mostly her face), but I think she’s worthy of being called hot. The Playboy pictures really helped me out. I mean really, people think Fergie is hot, and half the time I can’t stand to think about looking at her. The more I think about Tricia, the hotter she gets! What do you think about Tricia Helfer? Good story, excellent writing, cool special effects and realistic approach all take a backseat to the real reason why the show’s a hit: Number Six, or a Cylon babe who goes by the name of Tricia Helfer. The Canadian supermodel and actress is eye candy to the highest degree, even when she’s playing a robot. She is in fact the hottest robot ever, way, way hotter than the Terminatrix in Terminator 3.   Tricia Helfer, best known to fans of Battlestar Galactica as the Cylon Number 6, is the cover girl of the February issue of Playboy. This picture above is from Stuff Magazine (Tricia is in the middle!), but if you desire to see the layout from Playboy, the issue goes on sale Friday. There is an interview with Tricia that goes along with the pictorial (I read Playboy for the articles. No, really). Here are a couple of excerpts from the article: On her wonder years: “I grew up with three sisters on a farm in Alberta. I hauled grain and cultivated the field. We didn’t have a television and I think the only movies we saw were “Star Wars’ and ‘Star Trek.’ I’m not a chick-flick kind of gal.” On the fans: “I go to ‘Battlestar Galactica’ conventions because I love to meet fans. They are really intelligent, passionate people, and I appreciate those qualities. I feel a sense of duty because they are looking for Number 6, so I can’t just roll out of bed and show up. In 1992, Tricia Helfer won Ford Models’ Supermodel of the World Contest and was subsequently signed to the Elite Model Management and is currently signed with Trump Model Management. She has appeared in ad campaigns, including Ralph Lauren, Chanel, and Giorgio Armani. Helfer has walked for top fashion shows such as Carolina Herrera, Christian Dior, Claude Montana, Givenchy, John Galliano, and Dolce & Gabbana. Helfer has graced the covers of Flare, Amica, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and Vogue, among others. She has also posed topless for the February 2007 issue of Playboy.

And I don’t know about you, but these photos of Tricia are great and it seems as if she has been cranking out one great set of photos after another! Tricia really does have a glow about her — and we all like that glow! I have to admit, I never watched Tricia Helfer on her television show, but after becoming more acquainted with the actress turned model, I think I would watch anything with her. I would pay $9 to watch a slideshow movie of her… probably.
