Vivica A. Fox was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving last night in Los Angeles, Access Hollywood reports. According to the arrest report, the actress was clocked doing 80 in a 65 mph zone and “exhibited signs of alcohol intoxication” after being pulled over. That’s never good. 

Viv then failed field-sobriety and breathalyzer tests but was released early this morning after being cited by police. It is unknown whether the Attorney’s Office will file charges against Fox.
